Do I need to have an account to order ?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

- Easily view your order status and order history
- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
Please check to make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it for you.
SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM THE ORDER
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at email@example.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If after placing your order you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
We offer a 30 day replacement warranty with all purchases.
Returning For Replacement And Refund
Any brand new product can be returned for a replacement warranty within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support Team at email@example.com to schedule your return.
If there is a problem with the quality of the item you can return it and get it replaced within 30 days. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault.
If your order was damaged in the shipping process please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damages within 3 days of receiving your item. We will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.
Item must be unworn (blemishes, scratches, signs of wear etc.) - if the returned items fails this test, they will be returned back to you. Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.
Purchases made using Cash on delivery payment option is not entitled to get any refunds, due to technical difficulties in doing so.
